Project Overview
The CDC Construction managed the renovation and extension of the Hainault Grove project, which included adding a 4-meter rear extension. The newly added extension increased space within the kitchen and living area, improving the general flow of the house. During the ground floor renovation, the lighting, floor and general design of the house was changed, which improved the look and charm of the house. The property was changed into a modern family-friendly home by using the client’s preferred materials. This was achieved by paying attention to detail and using quality materials. Most importantly, the modern design and functional features were blended seamlessly. This demonstrates the need for modern homes that is available in the market today.
