Project Overview
CDC Construction completed a 6-meter single-storey rear extension and a double-storey rear extension for the Bramley Crescent project in Gants Hill. Both the ground and the first floors of the property were extended with the intent to maintain a flow into the original sections of the building. There was an increase in the design and layout of the house which helped in improving its overall livability by giving more space to accommodate family activities or guests. Employing modern techniques and materials in construction allowed us to expand the property’s functionality, market value while preserving the original appearance of the space.
