Project Overview
The Dratford Norman Close project incorporated a full rear extension, as well as a loft conversion to further improve the living area in the home. At CDC Construction, our team's aim was to make the most out of the space provided. With the rear extension, there was adequate space for living and hosting guests, while the inner attic area was conveniently transformed into a functional bedroom through the loft conversion. These improvements added to the comfort of the home by increasing the family’s living space as well as the space they could use in the house. The modernized aspect of the home was not only limited to the interior, but also was taken into consideration for the exterior of the house, stylishly modernizing the entire property, which had met the client’s requirements for a spacious home.
