Project Size: 7000 Sqft Project Duration: 8 Weeks University Campus (1,300 Students and Staff) Fit-out work by adding facilities such as WC, Refurbishment, Extension, and re-modeling.
For Northampton Woodland House, CDC Construction completed the full fit-out of an educational campus. This covered the refurbishment of classrooms, common areas for students, and staff rooms to ensure they were aesthetically pleasing and practical for learning. The goal was to equip the facilities with advanced, modern, and effective frameworks for teaching and learning that enhanced collaboration, creativity, and scholarship. Moreover, we ensured that the design takes into account sustainability along with energy efficiency to further enhance the ecological friendliness of the area. Meticulous in approach and uncompromising in standards, the fit-out works transformed the building into a leading-edge educational facility that meets the learning requirements of the community.
