Project Overview
The project at Simon Lane in Chingford included the addition of a 4-meter rear extension as well as the complete renovation of the ground floor. The ground floor extension added space for an even larger kitchen and dining area. The renovation of the ground floor was well coordinated to improve the aesthetics and structural functionality of the home to all the rooms. With regards to the property, this renovation showed a striking fusion of modern design with the existing structure, transforming the home into an upgraded tailored to fulfill the family’s needs. The end result was exceptionally pleasing, where, through the careful selection of materials,skilled craftsmanship, and design planning, we managed to maximize spaces, making it far more enjoyable for the clients.
