Project Overview
The Borough, London Tabard Street Project required complex fit-outs for a campus-type structure, integrating aesthetic beauty with functionality. Closely collaborating with the architects and designers, CDC Construction constructed a space that would be useful for the educational goals of the campus, and, at the same time, inviting. The scope of the fit-out works covered the construction of advanced class rooms, breaks areas as well as expanding administrative offices to add greater comfort and enhanced usability. With the application of appropriate quality finishes, accentuated by inventive design features, robust and multifunctional learner spaces which are educationally enticing and inspiring were developed. These spaces transformed the teaching and learning experiences of the students and faculty.
