Project Overview
CDC Construction executed a detailed fit-out project for an educational campus using York House in Birmingham as a reference. The modification emphasized spatial allocation for classroom activities, and also included special features for common and administrative offices. Like other educational facilities, it aimed at providing a flexible learning zone while balancing comfort for students and teachers. We improved the aesthetic and architectural value of York House by employing modern materials, which also ensured that the building was eye-catching and collaborative. The learning design approach applied to this fit-out enhanced the visual appeal of the building, while meeting the requirements of contemporary teaching and learning environments.
